Do not use these guys!! I was told by Gavin that he could come out and perform a diagnostics for $95. He attended my house charged $95 to visually look at my hot water unit just to tell me it was old and needed replacing. That is not a diagnosis!! There are additional charges to actually diagnose what was wrong with the system. Not very transparent. The $95 is actually a call out fee. If you want Gavin to actually do any diagnostic work he will charge you more. On top of this he quoted $5000 to $6000 to replace the hot water system. More than double the going rate. Gavin has since contacted me and threatened to expose me on his YouTube channel if I didn’t change or remove my review.

I wasn't home, but we had a plumbing problem we noticed while getting ready for work in the morning which was pretty stressful, then we needed to find a trades business.... in our experience that's usually stressful in itself. After the last guy we used didn't pick up the phone, another told us to call back next week, then we called Turbo. ✅️Answered the phone ✅️Gave a confirmed booking time ✅️Turned up in that booking time ✅️Gave us a few fix options to choose from ✅️Had the gear to do it immediately ✅️Gave us the price now, not after the job is done ✅️Did it while respecting us, our home, our time ✅️Invoiced us on the spot and my girlfriend got to work without having to take half a day off. The reason I've taken time to write this message is that my girlfriend (and some other reviewers) was moaning about the price. She handed me the invoice and said it's done, but it was on the pricey side. I had a look at the invoice and went yea, it is (compared to the last guy we used doing a similar fix) then asked how long she was stuck at home wating for Turbo, then I slowly got the above out out of her. This is the best trades business we've ever used, and I'm now convinced their pricing is bang on, if the "savings" are made by coming hours late while you're stuck at home waiting, walking dirty boots through the house, then disappearing to the suppliers/postponing it to another day just to go through the above again, then I'd rather pay "more" any day.
